About you

If you thrive in a dynamic team environment and want to be part of one of the world’s top ten tyre manufacturers, this is the position for you. Reporting to the Inventory Deployment Manager, you will be highly self motivated; a team player who can add value, with an excellent work ethic.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage all Cooper Europe 3PL Companies

  • Manage UK factory EOL processes to ship to BA warehouse and WW warehouse

  • Liaise with Cooper Tire Serbia to replenish stock levels in the warehouse and coordinate Serbia EOL shipments to UK warehouse

  • Coordinate with customer service and outsource suppliers for direct delivery requirements

  • Updating Promix to reflect goods in transit from suppliers

  • Updating the DOC system and comments within Promix

  • Review and coordinate Cooper Europe’s sourcing requirements from Asia and outsourced suppliers

  • Ad hoc tasks as required

  • Maintain stock levels in UK warehouse and WW warehouse for all finished goods products

  • Liaising with the subsidiaries inventory coordinators to replenish warehouse stock levels of UK, Serbian, USA and outsourced finished goods

Key skills & competencies

  • Good attention to detail

  • Good communicator

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Knowledge of LSS Green Belt an advantage

  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team

  • Good knowledge and experience working with Microsoft packages – specifically excel
